Due to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 (SU3) having different loading priorities, Better Camera Preset Pro no longer supports any PMDG or Fenix aircraft.
Therefore, we have removed them from the compatibility list.
We suspect that most new third-party planes will also have this issue moving forward; therefore, our recommendation now is that you should only buy Better Camera Preset Pro on MSFS 2024 for the default planes. Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020) is unaffected by this.
Whilst this is out of our control, we are offering refunds to customers who purchased Better Camera Preset Pro between June 15th - August 26th 2025, who wanted support for these planes. To claim a refund, please open a support ticket.
We have updated our product pages and advised our partners to do the same.
