Q. Where can I access and download the PDF after I bought the guide from the marketplace?
A. You will find your PDF copies in the following folder:
[core simulator folder]\Official\OneStore\orbx-completeguidetofs23\pdf\
Your folder structure may look a little different if you use the Steam edition or saved the simulator in another location.
Steam Customers
Your location will vary slightly. You will find the PDF download in the 'core' simulator product in either of the following locations.
It will either be:
C:\Users\[Your User Name]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightDashboard_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\
OR
C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\MicrosoftFlightSimulator\
Q. Can I purchase the guide for Xbox?
A. The guide is not currently available for Xbox due to file formats not being compatible.
Q. When will the guide be updated?
A. We will send guide updates to Microsoft when they are available, but they may take some time to be uploaded to the marketplace.
Q. Can I get a licence transfer?
A. If you have purchased a product from the marketplace, we are not accepting licence transfers
