Licence Transfers

When you submit a licence transfer request, please include proof of purchase regardless of the original store you purchased from.


When purchasing from most stores you'll have an invoice or receipt, which can then be attached as a screenshot when submitting your request.


If you purchased any of our products from the in-sim marketplace, you'll need to prove ownership of the product in question by submitting multiple screenshots.


One screenshot will be needed to show ownership with your Gamertag/username in the top right-hand corner.



Another screenshot will be required to show that the gamertag/username is associated to your email address (the same email address should be used when submitting the licence transfer request)
